Strawberries are not berries because the seeds are all around the outside of the fruit contrary to berries that have the seeds on the inside… with this being said, strawberries are “aggregate fruits” and part of the rose family. It is rich in antioxidants that are good for hearth health and blood sugar control. Also, a good source of vitamin C, folic acid, fiber, and potassium.

Strawberries are considered the symbol of Venus, the Goddess of Love due to its heart shaped and bright red color.
