Lemon

The lemon, native to South Asia, is round and pale yellow with an acidic flavor. Studies show it is a hybrid between bitter orange and citron.

Lemons contain a high amount of vitamin C, soluble fiber.  They are known to aid in weight loss and reduce heart disease, kidney stones and digestive issues.
