Guava

Psidium Guajava commonly known as Guava is a tropical fruit cultivated in many tropical and subtropical regions. It is a small tree in the myrtle family, native to Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and Northern South America. Guava is a berry with few to many small brown seeds. It can be round or pear shaped. The outside of the fruit the peel color can be green to yellow and inside can be white, yellow or pink.

Guavas are beneficial in regulating blood pressure and a healthy thyroid. Amazingly rich in antioxidants and vitamin C.
