Blackberry

Brambleberry is another name for blackberry fruit. The blackberry is a hardy plant with prickly shrub which grow on woody stems called canes.  The blackberry is black and dark purple when ripe.

They are packed with vitamin C and high in fiber and manganese and boost brain health.
