Classically crisp, crunchy, and juicy, apples share the phrase “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”. The apple tree originated in Central Asia.  There are many varieties of apples, it is round with red or green skin and whitish on the inside.

As they say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, they are rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals with an array of antioxidants; to free radicals.
